Insurance Plans Accepted at the Hand Surgery Center of Excellence
The Hip Surgery Center of Excellence accepts all PPO plans (Preferred Provider Organizations) and will work with your provider to confirm your insurance coverage. PPO plans generally most preferred by patients because they allow the most freedom regarding healthcare provider and facility selection. The most common, accepted PPOs include:

We will also offer competitive cash discounts to patients with a provider that isn’t listed or patients without a current insurance policy. Our billing department can also make specific payment arrangements for individuals without an insurance policy.
Fees and Payment Arrangements
Multiple other services may be involved when a procedure is performed at the Hip Surgery Center of Excellence, and these additional costs are factored into the total cost of care. The Hip Surgery Center of Excellence charges an initial facility fee per procedure performed at our outpatient surgery center. This facility fee that does not include additional fees for your surgeon, anesthesiologist, consulting physician or any laboratory work that is required. This list of additional fees is not exhaustive, and may vary by procedure.
Patients are responsible for all payments covering their procedure. If you currently have an insurance plan, the Hip Surgery Center of Excellence requires that you pay your estimated deductible and co-payments prior to your procedure. We accept cash, personal checks (co-pay ONLY), and all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express). We will then bill your insurance provider on your behalf.
